1. Advisor Role

SAGE Travel Solutions acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between you and travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers. Our role is to provide expert guidance and curated partnerships; we do not own or operate these suppliers and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or performance.

2. Supplier Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel suppliers. These may include payment schedules, cancellation policies, penalties, and operational changes. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting those terms prior to booking.

3. Pricing & Availability

Travel pricing is dynamic and subject to change until confirmed with deposit or full payment.

Availability of accommodations, flights, and experiences cannot be guaranteed until secured.

4. Payments & Authorizations

By providing payment information, you authorize SAGE Travel Solutions to process payments to travel suppliers on your behalf. Payment confirms your acceptance of all supplier terms and these Terms & Conditions.

5. Cancellations & Changes

All cancellations and changes are subject to supplier policies and may result in penalties, loss of deposit, or full forfeiture. SAGE Travel Solutions is not responsible for supplier-imposed fees or restrictions.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions. We will be happy to review options tailored specifically to your trip. By declining coverage, you assume full financial responsibility for any losses incurred.

7. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring all travelers have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other required documentation. Requirements may vary by destination and are subject to change. SAGE Travel Solutions is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

8. Health & Safety

You acknowledge that travel may involve risks, including illness, injury, or delays. You agree to assume all such risks and release SAGE Travel Solutions from liability related to these inherent travel risks.

9. Force Majeure

SAGE Travel Solutions is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, pandemics, or supplier bankruptcy.

10. Responsibility Disclaimer

SAGE Travel Solutions is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity resulting from any act or omission of travel suppliers or other third parties.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment or authorizing bookings, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
